Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of financial attitude, financial knowledge and external locus of control on the saving behavior of young family in East Java. The sample in this study consisted of 302 respondents from the young family in East Java. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The statistical test tool used is WarpPLS. The results showed that financial attitude had a significant positive effect on saving behavior, financial knowledge had a positive and insignificant effect on saving behavior, and external locus of control had a significant negative effect on saving behavior.
