Abstract
Micro credit Bank Jatim is a program for the financing of productive (working capital and investment). Bank Jatim as one of the banking institutions Local Owned Enterprises play an active role in implementing and supporting the discretion of local government programs to develop small entrepreneurs by providing micro-credit facilities. The purpose of this study was to identify strategies SWOT, analysis SWOT and knowing of obstacles in the distribution of Bank Jatim Branch HR Muhammad Surabaya. Data’s collection was done by interviews, and to get data’s primary and secondary directly from the Bank of East Java by using an assessment instrument in the form of observation, study of documentation and literature to study and review the literature related to investigate the problem. Based on the research identification strategies SWOT one of them is Strength, the type of micro-credit loans provide lower interest rates. Weakness, type of micro credit offered today can’t accommodate an overdraft. Opportunity, Small and Medium Enterprises have a big market potential. Threats, Take over loan from another bank.
