Abstract
The purpose of this study is to know the influence of price, location, and promotion to decision suspending on BNI customer in Surabaya. Data’s method used the technique of distributing questionnaires, distributed to 120 respondents. The analysis tool used in his research is WarpPLS. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling by using likert scale 7 point as measurement tool. The result obtained from this research is price has positive significant effect on customer saving decision, location does not have an effect on customer saving decision and promotion have positive significant effect to customer saving decision.
