Abstract
This study aims to analyze and find empirical evidence of the significant influence of profitability, liquidity, board size, auditor reputation and composition of independent commissioners on the financial reporting internet in the banking sector in Indonesia in 2016-2017. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, to obtain 86 sample companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23.0. The results showed that profitability, board size, auditor reputation and composition of independent commissioners had no significant effect on internet financial reporting, while liquidity had a significant influence on the financial reporting internet in the banking sector in Indonesia in 2016-2017. Key words : internet financial reporting, profitability, liquidity, board size, auditor reputation, composition independent commissioner.
