Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of attitudes, behavioral control perceptions, professional commitment, and ethical considerations towards intention to conduct whistleblowing. The independent variable in this study is attitudes, behavioral control perceptions, professional commitment, and ethical considerations. This study conducted with survey method by distributing questionnaires to Bank Jatim’s employees. The population of this study is 222 employees. The sampling method is probability sampling using Slovin’s equation. The data analysis is done using multiple regression analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that attitudes, behavioral control perceptions, and ethical considerations have no significant effects towards intention to conduct whistleblowing. Professional commitment has significant effects toward intention to conduct whistleblowing.
