Abstract
This research aims to how the influence of good corporate governance (managerial ownership, institutional ownership, audit committee, board of directors, and board of commissioners) on the financial performance of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in2014-2017. This research used quantitative methods. This study uses secondary data from the website www.idx.co.id. The analysis used in this research are using descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing, this research used 176 companies registered inproperty and real estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. Based on the results of the research : (1) Managerial ownership does not affect financial performance, (2) Institutional ownership influences financial performance, (3) Audit committee influences financial performance, (4) The board of commissioners has an effect on financial performance, (5) The board of directors influences financial performance.
