Abstract
the development of the investment business in the Indonesian capital market has increased very rapidly. With the increase in this investment business, making investors need more information about the performance of a company and financial statements of a company to consider and make decisions for investors to invest. Information that becomes an important role in the capital market is financial statements. Financial statements are the main means for company management to communicate their financial information to the public. Especially for those who use financial statements for investment decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, company size, profitability and growth of the company. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements issued by the Indonesia Stock Exchange through its official website www.idx.co.id. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling. The tests carried out in this study used descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that ownership of the capital structure, profitability and growth of the company influences the earnings response coefficient, while firm size affects the earnings response coefficient Keywords: Earnings Response Coefficient, Capital Structure, Firm Size, profitabilit, Firm Growth
