Abstract
This research aimed to determine factor that effect of corporate performance by Return On Assets (ROA). The object of this research was LQ45 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2017. The independent variabel were good corporate govenance there are the size of the board of commissioners, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and audit committee; firm size, and financial leverage. This study using purposive sampling method to obtain a sample. Data analysis method used is multiple liniear regression analysis. The result of thi study indicated the size of the board of commissioners, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, audit committee and firm size have no significant effect to the company performance (ROA), but financial leverage has significant effect to the company performance. Keywords : good corpotrate governance, the size of the board of commissioners, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and audit committee; firm size, financial leverage, return on assets (ROA)
