Abstract

In this increasingly modern era where the increasing level of human needs of the primary,secondary and tertiary, and of course they need a place to manage finances is also very high.Everyone wants their funds stored safely, growing and can be used at any time in urgent need. Remembering the high demand, the bank is required to provide the best service to every customer. There are many factors that can affect the success of a bank in term of meeting the needs and provide satisfaction to customers. Whether it’s human resource factors pwned by banks such as Customer Service and Teller, bank equipment completeness factor, and the comfort factor of the room that gives its own impact for the customers. If all three factors can be implemented properly, then bank can be said to apply service excellent. As frontliner, Teller who plunge directly face customers are required that have an important role for the especially in financial transactions. PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) is an BUMN bank that implements the values of the company that becomes the foundation for every employee in thinking, act and behave into a solid corporate work culture and character to achieve a difined vision. Implementation of service excellent have many benefit for bank that is provide a positive image in the eyes of customers, increase customer loyalty, and capture new customers and still exist to be able compete with other banks.
