Abstract
PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Office Pahlawan Surabaya is one a government-owned bank that provides unsecured loans to employees or retirees who have fixed leverage called the briguna Credit Karya and Purna. This Final Project Research aims to find out how the procedure for granting Briguna Karya and Purna at PT Bank BRI Branch Office Pahlawan Surabaya. This Final Project Research uses interview, observation and documentation methods. Criteria for prospective debtors are permanent employees or retirees who have cooperated with banks. The requirements that must be fulfilled in the briguna credit application are photocopies of ID cards, copies of family cards, photocopies NPWP, original SK first appointment as permanent employees and final decree, supervisor recommendation letters, salary deductions, power of attorney debit account, pass photo and also pension card for BRIguna Purna. If the requirements are fulfilled, the procedure for giving briguna credit and Full briguna is the stage of application and filing by the prospective debtor, the phase of data investigation by ADK, the check and delivery stage by supervisor ADK, the decision stage, the second loan approval system stage, the contract stage, the stage of activating the loan account number, and finally the loan realization stage. Conclusions from the research This final assignment is the procedure for granting briguna credit for Work and Full User at PT Bank BRI Branch Office Pahlawan Surabaya is in accordance with the applicable provisions and has been implemented well by the part of the Briguna Credit Team.
