Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, board of directors, managerial ownership and capital structure to the financial performance of the company. The population in the study are the manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2012-2016. The selected sample is based on purposive sampling technique. The data collected is a secondary data which applies collecting technique using archive research strategy, where this research collects documents such as, research archive and annual financial report data. This study used multiple linear regression analysis for data analysis tested using SPSS 24 for windows. The results of this study indicate that (H1) Corporate Social Responsibility does not affect the financial performance of the company, (H2) Board of directors positively affects the company's financial performance, (H3) Managerial ownership positively affects the financial performance of the company and (H4) Capital structure has no effect on the company's financial performance.
