Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM) to the financial performance at the Hospital in Surabaya. The population which used is Hospital in Surabaya. The selected sample is a financial manager. The sampling technique is purposive sampling method, by the criteria of public hospital. The independent variable which used is focused on the customer, leadership, human resource management, management process, strategic planning, information and analysis, incentives and recognition systems, and continuous improvement. Meanwhile the dependent variable in this research is financial performance. The data which used in this research is primary data which obtained from questionnaires. The results of this research indicate that the focus on the customer affect the financial performance, leadership affect the financial performance, human resource management does not effect on the financial performance, management process does not affect the financial performance, strategic planning does not affect the financial performance, information and analysis effect on financial performance, incentives and recognition system affect the financial performance, and continuous improvement effect on financial performance.
