Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine factors that affect corporate social responsibility disclosure at the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. The factors used in this research is the managerial ownership, size of the company, profitability, and the size of the board of commissioners. Population in this research is companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2010-2013. Sample selection method using a purposive sampling so obtained a sample of 56 companies. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of multiple regression. The results of this research there are one variables that influence CSR disclosure, the variable is the size of the board of commissioners. While three other variables that managerial ownership, firm size, and profitability has no effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure.
