Abstract
Technological developments rapidly growth impact for bank BNI in Surabaya. Bank BNI can now do its banking activity only through internet-based mobile phone. Bank BNI provides cloud-based service that can be used anywhere and at any time, the service is mobile banking. This research aims to assess the influence of perceived risk perception, influence the perceived usefulness, as well as the relative advantages of mediation hedonik the perceived motivation towards the adoption of mobile banking bank BNI in the city of Surabaya. Data collected by questionnaire to 150 mobile banking users the respondent bank BNI. This study used a purposive sampling technique. Technique of data analysis used i.e. PLS. research indicates that perception, perception of risik usability, as well as the relative advantages of mediation hedonik motivation has a significant impact towards the adoption of mobile banking.
