Abstract
The company will always strive to achieve its objectives by increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the company. One of the efforts in achieving the company's goals is to increase Intellectual Capital and reveal a Sustainability Report that aims to attract the attention of investors to invest in the company. This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital and Sustainability Report on the financial performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are companies that disclose Sustainability Report on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2017. The sample in this study amounted to 30 companies after being selected using the purposive sampling method. The hypothesis testing tool used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS 16. The results of this study indicate that VAIC has no effect, the Economic Dimensions are influential, the Environmental Dimensions have an effect, and the Social Dimensions partially affect the financial performance of the company. Simultaneous hypothesis test results indicate that VAIC, Economic Dimensions, Environmental Dimensions, and Social Dimensions influence the company's financial performance.
