Abstract
Analysis of the constraints faced by the taxpayer in the presentations / reporting of the annual SPT in the prestigious of KPP Pratama Surabaya Rungkut. This study aims to determine how many obstacles - constraints faced by the taxpayer in preparing annual SPT report. The method used is collecting data with questionnaires on quantitative research. The results of this study indicate that the Tax Office Pratama Surabaya Rungkut not understand about the preparation and reporting of annual SPT. The constraint faced by the taxpayer is in his financial report. But KPP Pratama Surabaya Rungkut have efforts in overcoming these obstacles is to open the class for taxpayers to understand in preparing annual tax returns, and add officers to help in charging.
