Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of web atmosphere andsecurity on web satisfaction and its impact on consumer purchase intentionsLazada in Surabaya. The research used Partial Least Square Structual EquationModeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique. The questionnaire was filled in byrespondents who had visited the lazada website in Surabaya. The results of thisstudy that the results of this study show that Web Information, Web Entertainment,Effectiveness of Content Information, Navigation and Security have a significantinfluence on Web Satisfaction. Web Satisfaction also has a significant effect onPurchase Intention Keywords: web atmosphere, web satisfaction and purchase intention
