Abstract
This research is performed in order to test the influence of profitability ratios, solvency and liquidity of the stock returns property and real estate company in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2009 – 2013. The analyze technique to use in this research is multiple linier regression analysis to obtain picture which totally regarding relationship between one variable with other variable. The results of this research shows the profitability ratios (ROA and ROE) have a significant effect on stock returns, the other side of the solvency ratio (DER) and liquidity (CR) does not have a significant effect on stock returns on company property and real estate. This result is expected that the ratio of profitability, solvency and liquidity can be used as a reference for subsequent research and can be used by investors in determining investment strategy.
