Abstract
Savings is a product of savings that is often used by the community after deposits, with the fact that the authors do research on savings,Bank used by the author is Bank BTN because the Bank provides BTN product fund raising, one of which is savings Batara, savings Batara has many advantages , the purpose of research to know about the requirements and conditions, benefits and facilities, the procedure of opening the savings,depositing, withdrawal, interest calculation, closing and obstacles and upaca overcome,method used in the completion of the author's final assignment is by conducting interviews directly with Customer Service Bank BTN,using supporting data from books and other sources. The result of this research is to know about the terms and conditions of savings, benefits and facilities, opening procedures, deposits, withdrawals, interest calculations,closures,obstacles and how to overcome them,the implications are checked and routine maintenance so it does not happen offline and add cash withdrawal machines as well as cash transfer machines in remote areas and can also monitor with CCTV.
