Abstract

Economy development in Indonesia is very take effect with banking role. In today modern world, the role of bank in advancing economy a country is huge. Almost all sector related to various financial activities always need bank service. The mean business activity of a bank is the collection of funds from the community and the channeling of funds bank to the community.Of the several type of savings product in savings bank, savings are quite popular with customer. Because the savings have easiness in the procedure of opening an account or in taking funds. The purpose of this research is to know how to customer service, requirement in opening of BTN Batara savings product, opening procedure, deposiy, withdrawal and closing of savings of BTN Batara, knowing Customer satisfaction of BTN Batara savings to Customer Service. The method used in this research there are two kinds of data type and data collection. The number of respondent in this study amounted to fourty respondent and the result of this study indicate that customer service to customer has been very good. It is recommended for Bank BTN branch office of sidoarjo to apply all customer service to be responsible their respective desk and maintain the neatness of the woek table. Keyword: Customer Service, savings, And customer satisfaction.
