Abstract
PT. Pegadaian (Persero) is a State Owned Enterprises engaged in services, the main activity of carrying out loan disbursements. In lending of course PT. Pegadaian cannot be separated from collateral. The granting of goods shall be accompanied by the granting of rights to conduct the auction (sale) of the debtor's guarantee goods (customer), if after the credit agreement has expired the maturity date for one hundred and twenty days and the customer can not redeem the item. The auction is a refund of the loan and the unpaid capital lease until the specified time limit. Auction system at PT. Pawnshops there are two systems namely auction sale system in cash or auction system on credit. Auction procedure there are two parts namely the management of the auction and the part of the kasiir. Auction at PT. Pawnshops carried out two periods. This study aims to determine whether the system of auction implementation has been run properly in accordance with applicable law. This research method is in the form of direct interviews with PT. Pawnshops, direct observation during tender work, and documentation. The result of this research can be concluded that the auction of PT. Pawnshop (Persero) is good. However, PT. Pawnshop (Persero) Dinoyotangsi Branch must maintain and further improve in performance especially in the implementation of auction of gold assurance. Keywords: Auction system, auction procedure
