Abstract
PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Dinoyotangsi Branch in the implementation of the provision to the credit repayment KCA (Fast and Secure Lending) accounting system and procedures play an important role in the company's internal control system. Internal control system has an important role because the internal control system is a system created to control, supervise and provide direction to the organization in order to achieve certain goals. Control system made by the company is not only intended for operational activities, but is addressed to the relevant sections in the function of credit granting and disbursement of KCA (Quick Secured Loans). The purpose of this research is to know the system and procedure of giving up the repayment of credit of KCA applied by PT. Pegadaian (Persero) of Dinoyotangsi Branch of Surabaya. This research is made based on the analysis of several aspects of internal control of credit granting and repayment of KCA. Based on the analysis of research showing that there are things that need to be improved in the division of tasks and responsibilities undertaken by the warehouse and part of the appraisal staff required additional staff.
