Abstract

This study is the study about how interest someone to saving in Danamon Bank. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of website satisfaction, perseption of service quality and promotion on savings interest in Danamon Bank in Surabaya. The statistical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16.0. This study uses primary data and data collecting method using questionnaire. This study took the 100 respondents as samples and using judgement sampling technique. The results of this study show variable website satisfaction, perseption of service quality and promotion on savings interest in Danamon Bank in Surabaya. The magnitude of website satisfaction, perseption of service quality and promotion on savings interest in Danamonn Bank in Surabaya the influence of amounted to 26,9%. While, 73,1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Among the three independent variables, which has the most dominant influence on savings interest in Danamon Bank in Surabaya is variable website satisfaction . It showed by the coefficients of partial determination trust by 12,1% and it is the highest compared to the others independent variable.
