Abstract

The billboard tax is one of the local taxes that has the potential to contribute to the Local Revenue in BPKPD Surabaya. The purpose of this study is to determine how effective the advertisement tax revenue, how the influence of advertisement tax on PAD and any factors that inhibit advertisement tax revenue. The results of analysis and research that shows the average of the year 2013-2016 is effective tax advertisement in BPKPD Surabaya. While in advertisement tax revenue still very less contribute to PAD in Surabaya. In addition there are still many factors that hamper in advertisement tax acceptance. Efforts that can be made BPKPD improve employee performance and conduct more stringent supervision in the field, cooperate with officers of the Civil Service Police Unit and conduct socialization up to stage pengertipan billboard.
