Abstract

Financial Technology is a modern technology in the field of services that presents a lot of convenience in carrying out various types of financial transactions. This technology is used as a new innovation in the banking world to develop products and become a means of competition in the current era. Based on the performance of the implementation of one of the Financial Technology products in 2017, the Sakuku BCA still does not fulfill its market share. This study aims to examine the effect of trust, price perception, product information provided on the intention to use the Financial Technology Sakuku BCA case study in Surabaya. Determination of the sample in this study using judgment sampling method. The analysis technique in this study is descriptive analysis using SPSS version 16.0 and WarpPLS version 6.0. Based on the survey by distributing questionnaires to 130 BCA customers with predetermined criteria, indicating that the variables trust, price perception, perceived product information have a significantly positive effect on perceived usefulness, and a variable perceived usefulness have a significantly positive effect on continuous intention. Key Words: Continuance Intention, Financial Technology, and BCA customers.
