Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of LDR, IPR, NPL, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR variables on CAR at Regional Development Bank in Indonesia simultaneously or partially. This study uses the population of Regional Development Banks in Indonesia, sample selection based on purposive sampling technique, with documentation method to collect data from financial statements published by Bank Indonesia and the use of linear regression analysis technique to perform the analysis. Based on the results of the calculation and analysis before the results of hypothesis research that LDR, IPR, NPL, IRR, BOPO and FBIR have a significant effect on the CAR in Regional Development Banks. While some LDR, have a significant negative effect, IRR has a significant positive effect, and IPR,NPL,BOPO, FBIR have unsignificant negative effects. Among the six independent variables of LDR, IPR, NPL, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR, the most dominant influence on CAR is IRR because it has the highest partial coefficient of determination value of 29.70 percent when compared with the value of the coefficient of determination of other independent variables. It can be concluded that liquidity risk has a dominant influence on bank CAR study samples compared with other risks. Keywords : Liquidity Risk, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, CAR, LDR, IPR, NPL, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR.
