Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the cause of the decrease of Net Interest Margin on Bank Conventional BOOK 3. This study aims to determine whether LDR, LAR, IPR, NPL, IRR, FBIR, and GCG have a significant effect simultaneously and partially on NIM. This research was tested using SPSS Statistics 24 application. Data collecting method used in this research is secondary data from 2013 until 2017. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The sample of this research using census method. The results on this study is LDR, LAR, IPR, NPL, IRR, FBIR and GCG simultaneously have no significant effect on NIM. The results of this study are (1) LDR, IPR, NPL, and FBIR have no significant negative effect on NIM. (2) LAR, IRR, and GCG have no significant positive effect on NIM.
