Abstract

Changes that occur in technology today are very fast. With the development of technology, services for hotel ticket bookings are currently also affected. The main strength in hotel ticket booking services is a highly developed technology that is used as a solution to current problems in the hotel booking service industry that is practical and easy to operate. The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of the price and quality of the website on the intention to repurchase hotel tickets by mediating consumer confidence in Surabaya. 135 respondents were selected using the purposive sampling method, therefore the sample used was based on predetermined criteria, Traveloka hotel consumers in Surabaya who have a minimum age of 19 years. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. Respondents are consumers who use the Traveloka application or website in the Surabaya area. This research uses warpPLS 6.0 test equipment. The results showed that the price had a positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intention, the quality of the website had a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention, the quality of the website had a positive and significant influence on trust, trust had a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention, and the quality of the website against trustmediated repurchase intentions has a partial effect on traveloka hotel ticket bookings in Surabaya.
