This paper describes how the independent variables affect the dependent variable. In line with this, the independent variable here are LDR, IPR, NPL, NIM, IRR, FBIR and SIZE while the dependent variable is BOPO. Techniques used in the sampling using the census, the census is a sampling technique based on all the members of the Regional Development Bank population is used as a sample. This paper used the secondary data and the multiple linear regression analysis here used the F test and t test. In the study period from 2013 to 2017. The results of this study found that the independent variable LDR, IPR, NPL, NIM, IRR, FBIR and SIZE within simultaneously have a significant impact on BOPO in the Regional Development Banks.
