Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, firm size and dividend policy on firm value. The value of the firm in this study is measured by Price Book Value (PBV). Profitability is measured by Return On Equity (ROE). Company size is measured by Ln (Total Assets) and dividend policy is measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). This research used secondary data. The data are the financial statements of property companies and real estate that is mentioned in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2017 period. The sampling method of the study used purposive method. The sample on this criteria is 17 properties and real estate companies. Data processing method using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that profitability, company size, and dividend policy simultaneously that have a significant impact on firm value. Partially, profitability have a significant positive effect to firm value, another hand firm size and dividend policy have negative effect to firm value.
