Abstract
The study aims to examine the influence perceived usefulness, compatibility, relative advantage, hedonic motivation and habits on usage mobile-banking of Bank Central Asia in Surabaya mediated by behaviour intention. In this research data was collected by questionnaires as much as 125 respondent wich usingBCA mobile that used in Surabaya area. Sampling techniques was used in this research is judgment sampling. To analysis the hypothesis was using a partial least square. This research represented to perceived usefulness, compatibility, relative advantage, hedonic motivation and habits. The result of research generate perceived usefulness, relative advantage and hedonic motivation has positive effect but not significat, a while compatibility and habits has positive effect and significant with behavior intentions. Keyword : perceived usefulness, compatibility, relative advantage, hedonic motivation, habits, usage and behavior intention
