Abstract

Bank is one of the institutions of society engaged in finance. All activities of the bank that runs a business goal that is getting big profits continuously in order to maintain the continuity of the bank. The success of a bank can be seen from the aspect of capital. Bank capital can be known through the ratio of CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio). Factors that may affect the CAR include liquidity, asset quality, market sensitivity, efficiency, and profitability. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of liquidity, asset quality, market sensitivity, efficiency, and profitability to CAR either simultaneously or persially. The independent variables used in this research are LDR, IPR, LAR, APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, ROA, and ROE. The research period is from 2013 to 2017. The sample used is three Non Foreign Exchange BUSNs. The result of this research is simultaneously variable LDR, IPR, LAR, APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, ROA, anpd ROE have significant effect to CAR. While IRR and ROA variables have significant effect on CAR, and LDR, IPR, LAR, APB, NPL, BOPO, FBIR and ROE variables have no significant effect on CAR. Key Word: LDR, IPR, LAR, APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, ROA, ROE, and CAR
