Abstract

For undergraduate students, university attendance is the first time they have experience to manage her or his personal financial. However, such skill can be also influenced by other factors such as financial education in family and love of money. This study is quantitative study. The data were collected through questionnaires distributed to Gerbangkertasusila region. The sample in this research is 396 undergraduate students and the sampling methods was purposive sampling. The data obtained was analysed using SEM-PLS. The result of this research showed that (1) financial education in family has positive and significant effect on undergraduate students' financial management behavior and (2) love of money has positive and significant effect on undergraduate students' financial management behavior. Adjusted R Square value is in the mount of 0.10 which means that 10% of undergraduate students' financial management behavior is influenced by financial education in family and love of money simultaneously.
