Abstract

CAR is one of the indicators that serves to measure the Bank capital adequacy. Capital for banks has a function for absorbing the case of loss. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of independent variables that LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, FBIR and BOPO simultaneously and partially on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The population consists of Commercial National Private Banks of Non Devisa. The data is taken by purposive sampling method, the bank selected is Bank Dinar Indonesia, Tbk, Fama International Bank, and Bank Mitraniaga, Tbk. Data collection is using Documentation method then analyzed by using multiple linier regression analysis. The results showed that the LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, FBIR and BOPO have significant influence on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). LDR and IPR have a positive and significant influence on Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). NPL has a negative and significant influence on Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). APB and FBIR had no significant positive influence on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). IRR and BOPO have no significant negative effect on Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR).
