Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, profitability and liquidity on the price earning ratio of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The population of this study are 117 firms property and real estate listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012- 2016 selected using purposive sampling method. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that profitability has an effect on price earning ratio, but leverage and liquidity do not affect price earning ratio. Key words : price earning ratio, leverage, profitability, liquidity
