Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine and analyze profitabilitas, leverage, size firm, and foreign ownership affect corporate social responsibility disclosure. Sample of this study is Mining company in Indonesia registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange which published that financial report or annual report in 2014-2016. The technique of data analysis that use in study is multiple regression analysis with use all sample of company. The result of this study explain that leverage and foreign ownership has influence corporate social responsibility disclosure and profitabilitas and size firm has no influence corporate social responsibility disclosure. Keywords : corporate social responsibility, profitabilitas, leverage, size firm, foreign ownership.
