Abstract
Economic growth can’t be separted from the development of various financial institutions, one of these is banking sector. The bank’s capability to generate profits depends on the capability of bank’s managementto manage the asset an liability. The purpose of the research was to determine the influence of CAR, LDR, NPL, Foreign Ownership on Profitability (ROA). Sample is chosen based on sampling technique using purposive sampling that have some criteria. This research used 109 sample. The population used in this research is Foreign Exchange Conventional Bank on 2012-2017 period. The data analysis method used in this reasearch is descriptive analysis, classical assumptions and multiple regression analysis that tested by SPSS 23.0 for windows. The results of this research represent that CAR or H1 have insignificant influence of Profitability (ROA), while LDR (H2), NPL (H3), Foreign Ownership (H4) have a significant influence of Profitability (ROA).
