Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, leverage and operating cash flow on financial distress in food-beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression with a number of samples of 13 companies in accordance with the research criteria. The results showed that liquidity had a significant effect on financial distress which was shown through the sig value of t test of 0.01 where the value was below the significance value of 0.05, profitability had a significant effect on financial distress as indicated by the t test sig value of 0.00 where the value This is below the 0.05 significance value, leverage does not have a significant effect on financial distress shown through the sig value of the t test of 0.478 where the value is above the 0.05 significance value, and the last operating cash flow also has no significant effect on financial distress shown through sig value of t test is 0.882 where the value is above the significance value of 0.05.
