Abstract
Firm value can be reflected as the asset value owned by companies. Increase the high's firm value is a long-term goal that must be achieved in the company which is reflected in the market value of the stock. Investors' assessment of the company can be observed through the movement of the company's stock price which transacts in exchange for go public's company. So this research aims to analyze the effect of Managerial ownership, capital structure, firm size and profitability to firm value. The subject of this research is food and beverage which are listed on Indonesia stock exchange (IDX) in 2012-2016 periods and use a purposive sampling. The research methods of analysis using descriptive statistics, linear regression, normality, and hypotheses. The results of this research are Managerial ownership doesn’t influence to firm value, Capital Structur influence to firm value, Firm Size doesn’t influence to firm value, Profitability influence to firm value. Keyword : firm value, managerial ownership, capital structure, firm size, profitability.
