Abstract
The dividend policy is the decision taken by the company whether the profit earned will be withheld as retained earnings or distributed as dividends. Factors that influence the dividend policy are profitability, liquidity, total asset turnover and leverage. This study analyzed the effect of profitability, liquidity, total asset turnover and leverage. The subjects of this study consisted of property and real estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2017 were selected by sensus sampling. The analysis method in this research used multiple linear regression. The result of regression analysis is that profitability and leverage didn’t significant effect on dividend policy. Liquidity and total asset turnover was significant effect to dividend policy. Keywords :Dividend Policy, Profitability, Liquidity, Total Asset Turnover, Leverage
