Abstract
This purpose of this study to know the factors that effect the financial performance of automotive companies in Southeast Asia. On the study of the variables used are institutional ownership, managerial ownership, foreign ownership, independent Board of commissioners, CEO duality and corporate social responsibility disclosure. This study used a sample of forty-three automotive companies listed in South East Asia the period 2014-2016. Sampling Techniques on this research using census methods (non-probability sampling). Analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that Institutional Ownership, Independent Board of Commissioners, CEO Duality and Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure effect on financial performance. While Managerial Ownership and Foreign Ownership does not affect financial performance.
