Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, leverage and company growth on dividend policy in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the IDX. The sample of this study amounted to 81 data of consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by using purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis processed was obtained using SPSS 23. The results showed that (1) there was an influence between liquidity on dividend policy, (2) there was an influence between leverage on dividend policy, (3) there was no influence between company’s growth on policy dividends. Suggestions for further research that is suggested to add other variables outside the model can be revealed, using samples from various other sectors to be a comparison and extend the study period so that the data obtained is more complete.
