Abstract
the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of demographic factors, expected return and risk perception on the behavior investor. this study uses the entire population of the investor in surabaya, gresik and sidoarjo, which have investation in their life. the sampling technique using the 100 respondens of this research. data where analyzed using descriptive analysis, logistic regression and multiple regression analysis using spss 16.0. based on the hypothesis under study then get results that status marietal and age have are significantly of behavior investor. expected return are not significantly of behavior investor and risk perception are positive significantly of behavior investor.
