Abstract

rekening ponsel service with supporting application go-mobile that served by cimb niaga bank is a prove of the development of technology that possessed by cimb niaga bank. however, there are so many disadvantages of go-mobile and rekening ponsel. it was shown by the survey of top brand award category of mobile banking and the negative comments on playstore that served on this research. in addition, that situation and some factors could affect customers to use go-mobile, therefore the researcher interest to conduct the research based on the users loyality of go mobile entitled ‘the effect of service quality on customers loyality of go-mobile pt. bank cimb niaga, tbk on mediation brand prestige, perceived risk and also corporate image”. the instrument that used on this research are spss 23.0 and warppls 5.0. this research involved 147 respondent which 147 respondent is for big sample and 36 respondent is for small sample of experiment i, then 46 respondent for small sample experiment ii. the result of this research are the significance of brand prestige and corporate image on curtomers loyality of go-mobile service
