Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Technology Characteristics, Task- Technology Fit, Usage, Service Quality, toward Satisfaction. This study is a survey one using questionnaires distributed to as many as 130 customers of Bank Mandiri in Surabaya. Data analysis technique used is model of structural equation (SEM) which use program AMOS 22.0. The results showed that technological characteristics had a direct and significant effect on Task_Tech-Fit of 0.808 with support of C.R of 3.997 and p value <0.05. Task Technology-Fit has a direct and significant effect on the use of 0.377 with the support of C.R of 3.281 and p value <0.05. Service quality has a direct and significant effect of 1,035 on service quality with C.R support 4,387 and p value <0,05. Service quality has a direct and significant effect on satisfaction of 0.362 with support of C.R of 3.011 and p value <0.05.
