Abstract
This research is meant to find out the effect of variable inflation rate, BI rate, profitability ratio and solvability ratio on stock prices of Property and Real Estate Company listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2012-2016. The number of samples was 13 companies. Determination of the number of samples in this study using purposive sampling methods. The data in this study was multiple linear regression using SPSS as data processing. The coefficient of determination (R2) was 0,346. The results of this research shows that the simultaneously inflation rate, BI rate, profitability ratio and solvability ratio has significant effect on the stock prices. Partially inflation rate did not has significant positive effect on stock price, while BI rate did not has significant negative effect on stock price, profitability ratio is proxied by Return on Equity a significant positive effect on stock price and solvability ratio is proxied by Debt to Equity a significant negative effect on stock price.
