Abstract
The company was builded to maximixing the wealth of their owner or their stokeholders. The company goal can be achieved by maximizing the firm value. Maximizing the firm value reflected of holdings rate on market capital. The firm value is the most important because it will be participate by the fortune of shareholders. The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of some variables such as Sales Growth, Profitability, Firm Size, and Growth Opportunity effect to Firm Value at property and real estate companies. Purposive sampling method was used in sampling. This research was using 2013-2017 as the period of the observation and multiple analysis regression as the analysis technique and 35 companies were used as sample. The result of this research the sales growth have no significant effect on firm value, profitability, firm size, and growth opportunity have significant positive effect on firm value.
