Abstract
The purpose of this study will discuss the effects of liquidity, asset quality, sensitivity, efficiency and profitability of the CAR on the regional development banks. The method used for data collection is a method of documentation that researchers obtained data reports and records of bank Indonesia, according to the type of research, study research studies that show the direction of the causal relationship between the independent variables and related variables. It also measures the ratio of the strength of the relationship so that when viewed from this type of research study method is a causal sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. and data used are secondary data. Techniques of data analysis used descriptive analysis. In this analysis will be analyzed by descriptive variables CAR, LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, ROA, ROA, NIM. Testing this hypothesis will be raised in this study to obtain a regression equation that determines the magnitude of the effect of LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, ROA, ROA, NIM of the Capital Adequacy Ratio of the Bank for Regional Development. These results indicate that LDR, NPLs, IRR, ROA and NIM were not significant positive effect on CAR on regional development bank, while IPR and APB significant negative impact on CAR.
