Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital on productivity with the Employe Stock Option Plan (ESOP) as a moderating variable in the banking period 2009-2011. This study using purposive sampling method of sampling of research, so in this study to get a total of 32 samples studied. Methods of data analysis used in this research is simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Intellectual Capital has no significant effect on productivity while the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) also can not act as a moderation variable in Intellectual Capital relationship to productivity.
