Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of idealism, moral courage, and spirituality toward the whistleblowing intention. This research was conducted by using quantitative method and using questionnaire data method. The population in this research is STIE Perbanas students who are taking the auditing course. Samples obtained based on the slovin formula were 183 respondents. The data test is done by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: (1) idealism has an influence on whistleblowing intention, (2) moral courage has influence on whistleblowing intention, (3) spirituality has no effect on whistleblowing intention. Suggestions in this study are the next researchers are expected to determine again the influence of spirituality to the intention of whisteblowing andadd other variables in faith whistleblowing intention.
